Instructions
- Remove the cork lid.
- Spread 15 to 20 seeds and bury them very lightly.
- Water or mist, keeping the substrate moist but not soaked.
- Place in a warm location with a few hours of direct sunlight each day.
- It may take 10 to 15 days to germinate and 4 to 6 months to bloom.
- When the substrate appears dry (check with your finger), add a little water.

The poppy enjoys moist soil, but not soggy. Check with your finger in the soil: if it feels dry, water close to the ground with about a cup of coffee's worth. In summer, it requires more regular watering. Remember that the Garden in a Can does not have a drainage hole, and if it retains too much water at the bottom, it may harm the plant.

Our kits are designed for indoor use, in a location with light and direct sunlight, but they can be placed outdoors as well. It is not necessary to transfer it to a pot; the Garden in a Can has enough space for the poppy to grow.
