Since 1972, every year on June 5th, we celebrate World Environment Day. The aim is to promote environmental sustainability and raise awareness among populations and governments about the importance of caring for our planet.
For us, caring for planet Earth is one of the guiding principles we adhere to, which is why some of our products are primarily designed to promote environmental sustainability and give new life to objects that would inevitably end up as waste, namely our seed paper.
With environmental sustainability in mind, Life in a Bag has launched the "Garden Friends", the "Seed Calendars", and the "Seed Postcards".
Our "Garden Friends" are small insects made from 100% recycled cotton paper, to which basil and arugula seeds have been added. Simply place them in the soil, water them, and you will see aromatic herbs sprouting from the paper. Our postcards and calendar are also made from 100% recycled cotton paper, with arugula, chamomile, and thyme seeds added in these cases.
Thus, at the end of each month, instead of throwing the paper away, you can plant it by tearing it into small pieces and covering it with soil, and you will witness aromatic herbs or edible flowers blooming from this calendar. The same recipe applies to our postcards, allowing you to transform your words into life.
