How to cultivate
  • Soak the paper in water for a few hours.
  • Tear the postcard into small pieces.
  • Place it in a pot with soil or in the garden.
  • Water until it is nicely damp.
  • Check regularly and water when the soil appears dry.

  • How long does it take to grow?

    Calendar flowers can take 15 to 30 days to germinate and 6 to 8 months to bloom.

  • Calendar flowers are annual plants, which means they will not grow again.

  • The flowers prefer moist soil, but not soggy. Check with your finger in the soil: if it feels dry, water near the base. In summer, they require more regular watering.
