Instructions
- Open the Grow Bag and remove the contents except for the clay balls.
- Fill the bag with all the substrate.
- Spread 15 to 20 seeds and do not bury them.
- Water or mist, keeping the substrate moist but not soaked.
- Place in a warm location with a few hours of direct sunlight each day.
- It may take 15 to 25 days to germinate and 4 to 6 months to harvest.
- When the substrate feels dry (check with your finger), add a little water.

- How long does it take to grow?
When sown during spring or summer, thyme can take between 4 to 6 months to be ready for harvest.
- Will it grow back?
Thyme is an extremely resilient plant that adapts well to any type of soil and weather conditions. It is a perennial plant, lasting several years; however, after harvesting all the leaves, you should replace the soil and add more seeds.
- How often should I water it?
Thyme enjoys moist soil, but not soggy. Check the soil with your finger: if it feels dry, water it near the soil with about a cup of coffee's worth. In summer, it requires more regular watering. Remember that the Grow Bag has no drainage holes, and if it retains too much water at the bottom, it may harm the plant.
- Should I place it outside or transfer it to a pot?
Our kits are designed for indoor use, in a location with light and direct sunlight, but they can be placed outdoors as well. It is not necessary to transfer it to a pot; the Grow Bag has enough space for the thyme to grow.
